Hello, this is a Ref 0021-1127-55, a ultra flat watch in stainless steel...

which looks to be quite worn and it looks like there is some corrosion inside. The repair/restoration cost might be quite high. On the other hand I can only judge from the pictures, which are not too good. The watch seems to be quite dirty and thus the dust might present a worse status than the watch has in reality.

I do not want to discourage you, but what I would like is to suggest that you add significant funds for a service to the purchase price before making a decision.
