Hi everybody, I'm a prospective Blancpain Aqualung big date owner...

...but a little bit apprehensive of automatic watch. My first watch is a Rado quartz followed by IWC GST Chrono mecaquartz and Tudor Monarch quartz(which I traded Rado with). My question is should I straight away buy the BP AL big date or start with a beater self-winding watch? I know you have to spend some time winding the crown if it stop ticking and there's the issue of watch winder as well. What about inspecting the watch at the shop. What kind of loupe I should get? 10x/7x/5x. I notice BP give a loupe for one of their limited collection. Can I buy one just like that? Sorry for the long questions. Cheers.
