Eliot, here is your required information on the winder requirements (EDIT!)

The calibre 1315 has a power reserve of 120 hours. It should take about 16 hours to rewind it on an automatic winder. However this movement can be wound only one way (clockwise), so make sure the winder turns this way.

Keep in mind that most if not all automatic winders are not strong enough to rewind a watch if it ran down entirely. Winders can only help to keep the watch running. Therefore we suggest that before setting your watch on the winder, you wind it manually by turning the crown for about 100 turns.
