Blancpain Model

Dear Sirs:
Could anyone help me? I bought a Blancpain watch in a second-hand jeweller. I have looked at the Catalogue and I don´t find my model. It looks like a Villeret but with an odd characteristic, a small and uncentered second-hand. I attach a picture. Please let me know. Thanks in advance,
