I checked back with Blancpain...
and it seems that croco straps cannot be refinished. It is a natural process that straps loose their sheen with use.
What I would recommend it to use a fine shoe polish paste and a soft cloth to regularly clean and nourish the leather. Also, I never use a watch on a leather strap for dirty environments, and I change watch (or strap) every couple of days to prevent early disintegration.
