New member with new Aqualung
Hi you all,
I'm more than happy to say that since last thursday I am the proud owner of a Leman Aqualung 2100 series. It took me a long time to decide which watch to buy. During my search I visited an AD in the Netherlands who had the Aqualung in stock. Foolishly I did not decide fast and wise enough and a few months later the watch was sadly gone (but luckily found a good home). My AD succeeded however in finding one of the 1999 pieces in stock in Switzerland (probably the last new one unsold?) and three weeks later it is on my wrist. I think the Aqualung (and so is its bigger brother) is stunning. It has this stealth looks, fantastic dial, for me the right proportions, very usefull 100 hours power reserve, nice rubber strap (very nice in current hot wheather conditions)etc. etc. etc. I think this watch is able to wear both casual and dress. The image I took is not doing the watch great justice, but still gives a good impression of a great watch. Of course now the time has come to start the process right from the start.
