Bought the watch from an AD in Nov 2007. Watch ran slow by 15s a day and I got it serviced in July. Watch still runs slow by c. 5s a day. Is this a power reserve problem or does the watch mechanism need to be adjusted again?

In the leaflet "Caring for your blancpain watch" it says in 3a to rewind the watch sufficiently by at least 50 turns of the crown if the watch has stopped. It also says in 3b to "before strapping the watch to your wrist, remember to wind it manually by 20 turns of the crown"!! Not very clear and not sure to understand. Does this mean that I have to rewind the watch manually every morning before strapping the watch to my wrist by 20 turns of the crown (it would then not be a self-winding watch?)or 50 times if the watch has stopped?

Also I dont find it easy to set up the time precisely (to the difference of another manufacturer seconds' hand does not stop when crown pulled for time adjustment). Turning the crown in the other direction does not really work as seconds' hand moves forward when you stop turning and minutes' hand moves back...). Is there a way to do it accurately?

Thanks
