running slow

My Aqua Lung runs slow - one day it lost 10 seconds in 12 hours! I was getting ready to send it in for regulation even though it just recently returned from being regulated. When I was going through my records, I noticed that the service ticket I received from BP stated on the bottom that the watch should be fully wound to keep proper time. So the next time I wore it I wound it first and it lost about 2 seconds in 12 hours. Also, when I take it off I store it in the box face up and parallel to the floor. In that position the watch runs slightly fast - about 2 - 3 seconds/day. In this manner i have been able to maintain the accuracy of the watch where it is spot on over a one month period.
