I find your musing really interesting, but in order to give you some input, we (my girlfriend and me) would need to know:
Do you intend to replace or to complement your Breitling?
We would conclude that in the first case, you probably want to opt for the Lady's version of the Flyback (Ref. 2385F), probably with a Mother-of-Pearl dial, whereas in the latter you might choose the Men's version (2085F) with a black military dial. This would give you a choice between the feminine Breitling and the masculine, sporty Blancpain.
My girl would fit to your description of physiognomy and age as well, and she is currently urging me to purchase a black dialed 44mm sports watch myself (which she obviously intends to 'adopt'...). Personally, I like women who wear such watches. It is a statement of self-confidence.
