Day to night transition
A nice touch is that the transition from the day to the night view doesn't happen in one step. For example, at 20:00 the day view is shown. At 20:30 the night view is shown, but the face is not as dark and the luminescence is not as bright as at 21:00. Change your system's time manually to see the difference more easliy.
