Dear All: this came totally as a surprise, and I think it is well done and really COOL: The Blancpain Widget: Yes, turn your computer into a Blancpain watch with the new Blancpain widget! Its a neat little desktop application for both, Mac and PC and can be downloaded for free! The widget boasts a wealth of function neatly implemented: Display of date and time: The widget can be moved across the screen, and is of course coupled to your computer clock and displays the time and the date correctly on the dial of the 5015-1130: Now that was for daytime. What happens at night: Right, it's luminous material comes into play: Adjusting to taste: Well, for most of us the 50 Fathoms is a tool watch which has to come in steel - but for the ones who appreciate its finesse more than its purpose? Rest assured, just right (or ctrl-) click on the widget, and change from the steel 5015-1130 to the red gold 5015-3630: Displaying the latest news from Le Brassus: Your little news-feed is always with you: right (or ctrl-) click and select the 'News' option, and a separate window appears which allows you to browse the latest Blancpain News (and also lets you check whether I am up to date...): Adjusting the watch size: In case your eye-sight is not longer what it was once, or your screen is too large, there is a solution: right (or ctrl-) click and increase (or later decrease again) the display size: Show the information of the 50 Fathoms: A simple right (or ctrl-) click and select the 'Details on ...' option, and a separate browser window appears and links to the Blancpain sites for either the 5015-1130 or the 5015-3630, as you select it: How to download?
