BLANCPAIN BASEL NEWS 5: The 'Dark Knight': A fully black 50 Fathoms

Dear All:

now this is the antimatter to the white 50 Fathoms:

The Blancpain 50 Fathoms Black

Yet another member of the 50 Fathoms collection, the new Ref. 5015-11C30-52 has some undeniable netherworld appeal:

Like in the white 50 Fathoms, this watch is powered by the Cal. 1315, also not hidden from inquisitive views:

The shades of blacks and grey is quite appealing. Like in the Speed Command, the case is DLC (diamond-like carbon, extremely scratch resistant) coated stainless steel. The numerals even glows in the dark, albeit not very strong:

Wonder why I call it the 'Dark Knight'?

Again, also here the rotor change until the first watches will hit the shops:

Please note: The watches presented here are still prototypes. Details might change until serial production. In this case the rotor certainly is not the one mounted in the production model.

Cheers,
Magnus
